Job Title: Team Leader– FinTech Department
Location: [Lucknow, Hardoi, Sitapur, Bareilly]
Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Summary:
The Team leader will be responsible for managing and guiding a team to achieve business targets related to fintech products such as QR Codes, Sound boxes, POS devices, lending or digital payments solutions. The role involves team supervision, performance tracking, and coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and target achievement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Monitor team performance and ensure productivity and quality benchmarks are met
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Product, Tech, Sales, Risk, Compliance)
• Ensure smooth execution of FinTech operations such as payments, lending, digital onboarding, or platforms
• Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
• Resolve escalations related to customers, operations, or team performance
• Drive process improvement and operational efficiency
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members

Required Skills & Competencies:
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Knowledge of FinTech products (payments, digital lending, wallets, UPI, NBFC, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, and reporting tools
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks in financial services
