Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and promote loan products to customers
- Handle field sales activities and achieve monthly targets
- Follow up with customers for EMI collections
- Maintain proper records of sales and collections
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with the internal team for loan processing
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in sales/collection (loan or finance preferred)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to work in the field
- Two-wheeler mandatory (preferred)
- Local candidates will be preferred
